hello!
here i m to blog about hols.
haha...
during vesak day till that very sunday,
i was engaged with an camera agency as a camera promoter.
it was kind of last minute, i just went for interview and then i accept the offer.
then the very next day, public holiday, im put at IMM's Best Denki's camera section.
haha...
when i accepted the job offered, i was a lil reluctant...
firstly, this is the first time im working as a camera promoter and i doubted myself for selling a single camera. afterall, during the interview, which we were made to listen and being taught by those "senior promoters" on how to sell cameras... haha... it sounded difficult to accomplish! its like, you will think, "everyday will got people come and buy cameras meh?!"
haha... and what makes it worse is, the camera im promoting for is CASIO...
damn! its like who will buy?!
haha... its hidden bad factors are alot...
but as a promoter, i of cos have to hide these factors and promote on the good side!
haha... dont blame me for lying, its just a form of business tactics, i have more to learn!
haha... oh wells, i've got to known this guy from IMM's and he actually offered a more atracttive proposal for me...which meansi have to jump over to his side if i want...and im still considering, but its like a little bad...BUT, who cares? im only in for how long? haha... my angel and devil fighting in my mind...
oh wells... i dont intend to think that far first, should just concentrate on exams first.
i do intend to continue working as a promoter after exams.. its quite slack, as long as you now how to talk to customers and persuade them...its simple! haha... in this line, you'll have to learn how to bootlick your upperlines and colleagues... seriously, who dont love to listen to beautiful lies... well, SWEET TALKERS will find themselves in the upperhand in this line... haha... i have yet to learn this stance... haha... so any of you people out there wants to sweet talk with me? haha... in other words, POR LAM PA (PLP) haha.... its intresting, you must have the skill to do it.... you can see alot of guys doing this as a promoter... haha... alot of them are from NYP and TP from this agency... north east sides people... hmm... anyway, i had earned a commission of $50...
i sold 10 cameras in 4 days... not bad for a first timer eh?? haha... overall, i have to say, i prefer working in this line than in the FNB line... sales line is my choice after O's! maybe, if i make it to poly, i'll continue to work as part timer still... a stable income at least!
oh yea... have not complete my art project, gotta go! hopefully i'll make it before the deadline!
